We are an organization that’s empowering Black side hustlers to achieve their entrepreneurial dreams through “The Side Hustle Economy”! We connect Black side hustlers to the services they need to grow their business (attorneys, accountants, digital marketing strategists, therapists, etc.) and surround them with programming that will support them on their entrepreneurial journey.

What are “The Three E’s”?

The Three E’s is the methodology behind The Side Hustle Economy. We have five programs, and each of these programs is rooted in accomplishing some combination of The Three E’s:

• EXPOSE: You don’t know what you’re not exposed to, so we take pride in exposing Black side hustlers to the resources they need to create the dreams we help them achieve.

• EDUCATE: Knowledge becomes powerful when it’s shared and we take sharing seriously. Our five programs meet Black side hustlers at their point of need and supports them as they build the competencies needed to be successful!

• EQUIP: A vision without action is merely a dream; we turn the dreams of Black side hustlers into actions that positively impact community! From physical equipment to program software, we equip Black side hustlers for success!

What is “The Side Hustle Economy” and why is it so important?

The Side Hustle Economy was created to serve a demographic of entrepreneurs that have been over-looked and under-resourced. In the age of venture capital and booming tech startups, people forget about the power in story and where these incredible ideas started. They didn’t start with winning pitch competitions and getting a series of serious investments; they started with an idea, limited time and limited resources.
